All tour pricing are calculated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specifically indicated based on products and services prices during your booking and /or travel period. Prices include all government levies and airport taxes. Prices are valid and guaranteed for travel during low season and will vary depending on date of travel. However, we will use our reasonable efforts to notify you of changes in prices. The Third-Party Service Provider may be required to impose surcharges depending on currency fluctuations, surcharges or other variables outside of its control. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible for the prompt payment of all surcharges and price increases. A fee will apply for payments made by debit and credit cards. Please check this fee with us or your travel consultant when booking.
Day tours & Experiences:
We provide flexibility for both booking and paying our range of Day tours and Experiences, Travelers can book our Day tours and Experiences far in advance and pay nothing at the date of booking. However, Travellers will be notified by email for the full payment at the certain deadline as of 7 days before tour starts. For those bookings which made within 7 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Multi-day tours & Package tours:
Deposits may be required depending on the policies of the Third-Party Service Provider. We will advise at the time of booking. Full payment is due and payable to us 65 days prior to the scheduled date of departure from and will be notified to you in your confirmation of booking.
We are not responsible for any changes made by a Third-Party Service Provider to the balance due date and prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full and documents have been processed and issued to you. Failure to pay a deposit within 5 days from the date of confirmation or in full by the due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking, unless you have been unable to complete the booking and pay the balance by the due date, due to our fault.
Bookings made within 45 days of scheduled departure require full payment on request.
Payment for domestic flights and regional flights in Asia must be received within 3 days of booking to avoid automatic cancellation. All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking.

Remarks: cancellation of air, cruising, rail and other Third-Party Service Provider arrangements may be subject to fees in accordance with the terms you agree with the Third-Party Service Provider, which are separate to our cancellation fees. Refunds will not be given for unused or cancelled services after your arrangements have commenced.
Day tours & Experiences:
One amendment free of charge is permitted provided the amendment is made more than 7 days prior to departure however, any amendments within 7 days prior to departure are subject to availability or fees charged by Third-Party Service Provider
Multi-day tours & Package tours:
Once itineraries are confirmed with a deposit on file, one amendment free of charge is permitted provided the amendment is made 65 days prior to departure. All amendments within 65 days prior to departure are subject to availability or fees charged by the Third-Party Service Provider.
If the Third-Party Service Provider changes any part of your booking for reasons beyond its control, for example, if a Third-Party Service Provider changes its schedules, overbooks, or if there are any changes in applicable surcharges, fees or taxes, we will use our reasonable endeavours to notify you. If any such changes result in your Travel Product costing more or otherwise being materially different, then you may cancel the Travel Product and we will refund any monies already paid less any fees charged by us under these terms and conditions and by the Third-Party Service Providers under the terms and conditions you agreed with them. Please check with your consultant before cancelling or amending a Travel Product in these circumstances as some Third-Party Service Providers may charge cancellation fees up to 100% of the Travel Product’s price as per their terms and conditions.
Prices displayed in the quotation or provided by us, do not include airfares from or to your departing destination, unless specified. All flights bookings are subject to the carrier’s conditions of carriage. Cancellation and refund policies associated with airfares vary according to airfare terms and conditions and the relevant airline. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions that relate to your airfare and contact the relevant airline if you require further information. It is your responsibility to contact the airline prior to departure to ensure there is no change to the scheduled departure time. Please ensure all flight details are correct prior to ticketing as we cannot assume responsibility for incorrectly issued flights. We do not offer advice on Frequent Flyer eligibility on flights.
Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
If travel has commenced and we cancel your trip under our Force Majeure policy, we will refund you any recoverable costs from our Third-Party providers only.
Wander Laos acts as an agent for the Suppliers (transport, tour, event, or accommodation providers) who provide the various goods and/or services (Products). All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by each Supplier. It is therefore important for you to obtain and read the applicable Supplier’s terms and conditions as they may limit or exclude their liability to you.
In producing our website, we have used information provided by Suppliers. Irrespective of any measures taken by us to ensure the information contained on our website is accurate at the time of publishing. Wander Laos disclaims and will be exempt from liability in respect of anything misleading, false, incomplete or inaccurate and any errors, inaccurate description and all associated disappointment, loss, expense, damage, inconvenience, delay, death, shock, illness or injury, however caused.
Wander Laos does not control the manner in which Products featured within our website is provided. Wander Laos disclaims and will be exempt from liability for anything to do with the supply of such Products. This includes liability (whether as a matter of contract, tort, statute, restitution, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, liability, claim, cost, expense, proceeding, demand, penalty, disappointment, death, injury, illness, shock, inconvenience or delay.
This limitation of liability also applies irrespective of the cause, including negligence of us or a Supplier, withdrawal, cancellation or failure to provide a Product, delay, any variation in the Product, the provision of substitute Products or a change in the Supplier. Without limitation, Wander Laos will not be responsible if the Product is not available due to inclement weather conditions or other acts of God, civil disturbances, fire, floods, acts of Government or any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
We strongly recommend that all travellers are adequately covered by travel insurance prior to departure. Insurance should cover personal accident and medical expenses, evacuation and repatriation, baggage loss, and cancellation or curtailment of holiday.
Our Child policy for Day tours & Experiences, children between the ages of 2 and 11, at dates of travel, will receive a 85% discount off the Adult 2pax price.
For all tours involving accommodation, prices for children will be calculated to actual costs and all child discounts received from suppliers such as reduced entrance fees or value ads for children will be passed on to clients. Accommodation is charged according to the individual hotel’s tariff and children occupying their own rooms will be charged as adults. During the booking process we will do our best to advise you of child discounts and extra bedding requirements for children.
All flights are quoted separately and children are charged as per airline policies. Infants under two years of age will be exempt from most charges except as mandated by airline policies
Wander Laos issues vouchers for travellers only in very specific cases when absolutely requested by the supplier. Traveller’s passport or ID card suffices as proof of identification and all services will be provided as agreed.
Passports need to be valid 6 months after the date of departure from the last country. Please check again with our travel consultants if you have any doubts.
Passport and Visa requirements are an agent/traveller’s responsibility and the information needs to be requested at the time of booking. The exact nationality of travellers must be provided when requesting information on visa policies.
Other personal documents may be needed such as valid international driving license if self-driving is planned. A photocopy of all your documents and spare passport photos is always good to have just in case.
Personal data is securely saved and encrypted and only passed on to reliable suppliers if needed for issuance of travel documents and for security reasons. Personal data records are systematically deleted after the departure of clients.
